Milagres Eng. Med. Hr. Pry School celebrated Annual School Day


Udupi : Milagres English Medium Primary School Kallianpur celebrated Annual day celebration on Wednesday, 3rdDecember, 2014. Very rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo presided the occasion.

Rev Fr. Gerald D’Souza Secretary of Catholic Board of Education, Mangalore was the chief guest. Walter Cyril Pinto vice President of Milagres Cathedral Parish Pastoral council, Dr. Lakshmi Pai President of Parents Teachers Association, Mrs. Reshma Alva Vice President of PTA, Rev Fr. Mahesh D’Souza Priincipal of Milagres English Medium Schools and Veera D’Silva Headmistress of the school were present on the dais.

After the prize distribution for the merit students, Fr. Gerald D’Souza said that it is the duty of the parents to produce best leaders for the country. The institution is immensely gratifies to help and support a fellow human being and to make their lives better. He urged students and parents as community to formed to be respectful and are of the community to personify the institution’ vision as an inclusive and equality and diversity. We need value based leadership. Parents should love their children’s institution.

During in his address Walter Cyril Pinto said that our institution provided one of the best value based education to our students. Education is the preparation of child for the life and eternity. He said that Milagres Institution is one of the best institution which provides value based education in all fields for the students.

Earlier Fr. Mahesh D’souza placed annual school report. During the occasion three physical teachers, Vincent Mascarenhas, Steeven Pinto and Vinay Sheth were felicitated for their outstanding performances to shine students in national levels since years.

 

Fr. Stany B. Lobo gave his presidential address. There were cultural programs were held after the stage program. Various skits, dances and other were displayed by the primary students. Students itself welcomed the gathered, proposed vote of thanks as well as beautifully compared themselves.
